Delete your account

You can delete your Terravist account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

1. Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Terravist app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile photo (top right) → Profile & settings.
3. Scroll to Deactivate account and tap it.
4. Confirm. You are signed out immediately and can no longer log in.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email privacy@terravist.app from the phone number's associated address or include your phone number and country code. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile (name, photo, languages, sectors, CV, certificates, intro videos, city, availability) and login credentials — deleted or anonymized so you can no longer be identified.
• Your device push-notification token.
• Your account is closed and cannot be reopened by you.

4. What is kept, and why

Some records tied to completed transactions — job postings, offers, and token/wallet history — are retained in anonymized or pseudonymized form where they are the other party's record of a deal, or where we must keep them for dispute resolution, audit, or legal/tax compliance. These no longer identify you once the deletion is processed. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention terms.
